Use of our website implies you agree to our terms and conditions, please take the time to read them. These conditions are legally binding.

Your details and responsibility

In using this website you are responsible for providing accurate information as to your identity, email address, contact mobile phone number and physical address. No responsibility can be taken by us if details are provided are not correct. Payment methods accepted

All transactions are conducted on a strictly payment at order basis. We do not offer credit. We offer two methods of payment, we use PayPal, or Stripe. Stripe facilitates the use of a debit or credit card to pay for goods, PayPal will deduct money from which ever source you set up on your account. You do not need to have made an account at either of these providers to check out. You can use a credit or debit card on these services to checkout and pay. Full expense that a user will bear before and after purchase

Our website is free to browse,  there are no charges to make an account.  The only costs incurred are if you choose to purchase any of our products.  The cost of the products is displayed on the individual and relevant page of the shop.   The cost of any items you place in your basket is displayed, along with the total and any shipping charges that are applied. The final price stated at the checkout is the sum total of any monies we charge.  We will not ask for any further monies or apply any further charges to your selected method of payment.  For instance if you place 1 jar of kimchi in your basket and checkout, you will be charge £5 for the product and £4.95 or the postage, paying a total of £9.95 for the product and delivery.

Ordering information

Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmatory email from us detailing your purchase. You will receive a further email from us when your product is dispatched.  You should receive advanced notification from our courier of estimated time and date of delivery, however if there are any issues related to this, it is outside of our control and as such, we can bear no responsibility for this.

Cancelling or non-fulfilment of orders.

There may be occasions where we are unable to fulfil your order, this is largely for one of the following reasons,: an issue with stock levels or we discover a fault in the product.  The failure of your payment, or an error in our description or promotion of one of our products. In this instance we will email you with an explanation, or offer an alternative product, or to issue a refund should that be necessary.

Returns and refunds

All of the items for sale on our website are considered perishable items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2013. Under these regulations you have no right to return perishable food items should you change your mind. 

If on receiving your parcel, you discover that there is any damage or any defects, please notify us. We will replace or refund any such products.

Product details and images

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our photographs of our products are as accurate as possible, due to the seasonal nature of the fruit and vegetables we use, there may be slight colour variances.  There can also be colour variance between screens and monitors which may give a false impression of our products.  Furthermore,  due to supply issues, it may be on occasions we are forced to change our packaging sizes, dimensions, labelling, capacities and weights. The information provided should be regarded as being for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right to change prices and sizes of our products at any time. We may have to send items to the same weight or volume of product as circumstances dictate. For ewxample, we may send 2 x 1kg kimchi in place of a 2kg kimchi.

Comments and social media contributions.

We usually include a social media feed on our website. Should you choose to interact with us on social media, your comments may appear on our website, and we take your contributions as tacit approval that you grant us a license to use your comments / images / video / likeness  on our website.  This does not imply ownership, but merely the permission to use any such contributions in perpetuity.

Receiving your delivery


It is your responsibility as a customer, to ensure you are able to receive your products at the specified delivery address and time, this will be detailed in your dispatch email, and from notifications by our courier to you, There may be some slight variance to delivery windows advised, we cannot be held responsible for this, and you may wish to consider advising of an alternative delivery location to be on the safe side.

 If you are unable to be at home to receive the scheduled delivery, You should ensure you have made alternative arrangements i.e. informing the courier of an alternative delivery address, or advising a safe place in good time, we advise this is done several hours prior to your delivery due to delays in these being Communicated to the driver via their network.

From time to time our couriers may not be able to attend to make the scheduled collection from us, or they have to return at another time for reasons outside of our control, such as problems experienced by the courier of weather, personnel issues etc, we are unable to accept blame or liability for any loss or personal disruption that may be incurred.
