We start with super fresh fruit & vegetables, combine with kosher sea salt, spices and herbs, then gut friendly bacteria ferment to deliver the trademark addictive, bright, umami and sour flavours.

A healthy gut is essential to good health: boosting your immune system, enhancing brain function and mental wellbeing, calming IBS and eczema to name just a few. Research demonstrates that eating raw, live fermented foods packed with with their multitude of 'good bacteria' and pro/prebiotics contributes hugely to a healthy microbiome and 'gut flora'.

Carefully made in 'micro-batches' by hand, we use traditonal and newly developed recipes along with authentic ingredients to develop ferments that are perfectly flavour balanced, and appeal to a variety of tastes and levels of spicy appreciation!

Quick & easy


We are based on a community farm on the urban fringe of Wallsend, Newcastle upon Tyne, we handmake all of our produce and have a zero-waste policy, recycling any plastic or cardboard packaging. All of our kitchen waste is composted. We source our ingredients with a 'nearest first' policy and our processes are largely very low energy. Employment Policy: we decided to prioritise people whose employment has been affected by the pandemic. Thus far our entire workforce has been built this way.


Our delicious products are ready to eat. They make a perfect vegetable side, the nutrients in them are more bio-available than if served raw or cooked. What could be easier than opening a jar, and spooning out?
